This course is highly interactive, using videos, sample questions with explanations, short quizzes, and collaborative discussion boards. You will also have access to real test materials from past tests. During the weeks covering Speaking and Writing, all course participants can receive scores for their practice-test responses.

Opportunities for formative assessment are offered throughout the course, for students to gain feedback on completed tasks and evaluate their ability to use the recommended skills and strategies. As this is a preparation course, we recommend that participants should take a real TOEFL test when they feel ready to do so, so that they can receive an TOEFL score and gain further information about their English language proficiency
